This beautiful property dating back to 1890 is far away from the hustle and bustle. It is surrounded by nature with lots of Mediterranean plants and fruit and is ideal for children to play in. The landlord, who lives in the other half of the house, runs a small farm. Enjoy the beautiful view of the sea from the whole estate! The house is built in Istrian style and rustically furnished. On the ground floor of the house is the konoba with an indoor fireplace and kitchen. On the 1st floor you will find the living area with kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. On the 2nd floor, which also has a living area with kitchen and a bedroom, there is another living area with mini kitchen and bathroom, as well as a sleeping loft, which can be reached via a very steep staircase and is therefore not suitable for small children.
