Description

Semi-detached house in a quiet location in Mornhausen, in the low mountain part of the Sauerland and Waldhessen. The vacation farm where your semi-detached house is located has been declared a cultural monument and it is located just outside the village center on the edge of the forest. In the garden there is a tree house where children can play to their hearts' content. On the first floor there is a large dining kitchen, living room and the bathroom. With a staircase you can reach the open sleeping gallery with a French bed. On the second floor there is a bedroom with three single beds and a separate toilet. The cultural city of Marburg is 20 km away. The historical center of Dillenburg is also worth a visit. If you like to be active, you can explore the surroundings on foot, by bike or even on horseback. For the necessary cooling down you don't need to go far; in the garden of your property flows a small stream and the Perf reservoir is also nearby. There are cross-country ski trails and skiing and tobogganing opportunities about 3 km away.
