Who hasn't dreamed of a house by the sea? The pleasantly understated Villa Serrasol, which can accommodate up to four people, can make this dream come true. The house has been designed without an extravagant exterior and unnecessary frills. It doesn't need any of that because it benefits from a wonderfully luxurious location: right by the sea! Only a few cliffs and a pebble beach separate you from the deep blue waves that shimmer in the sun. For a little refreshment, you don't even have to go to the cool water on the doorstep, you can also use the practical outdoor shower. Then treat yourself to a break in the cosy hammock, always with a view of the sea and the wonderful scent of salt water! The paved terrace on the manageable plot with a pretty, gnarled pine tree in the centre is relatively large. You can either sit at the dining table in the sun, read a good book on one of the comfortable loungers or enjoy a tasty barbecue on the shady terrace around the corner.

The interior of Serrasol presents a rather rustic style with modern elements and great attention to detail. A wooden rocking chair here, an old chest there, the old furniture in combination with the bright rooms thanks to the many windows create a pleasantly relaxed atmosphere in which most children will certainly feel at home. It is also very practical that all rooms are on one level: you don't have to worry about adventurous toddlers climbing stairs. The living and dining area has an open-plan design. If you want to take your eyes off the sea, you can spend the evening on the large corner sofa in front of the TV, while the wooden dining table with pretty grey and green chairs invites you to eat together. The small but fully equipped kitchen is right next door, so that the path to serving food is pleasantly short. Two discreetly designed bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as a chic, simple bathroom with a walk-in shower round off the living area.

If you want, you can do almost everything here on foot: The nearest supermarket is less than 2 km away, and bars and restaurants are within easy reach even without a car. The rocky coast with its pebble beach right next to the house is just as suitable for romantic walks as the lush green landscape further inland. The beautiful sandy beach of Torrent des Revellar also offers unspoilt nature and is only 2.6 km away. The holiday resort of Can Picafort with its beach of the same name is lively and family-friendly; you can reach it in your hire car by driving along the 11.1 km road that can be heard from the property. Here you can eat and party to your heart's content, as well as enjoy numerous water sports activities and day trips to the north of the island.
It is possible that there will be construction work on the neighbouring property in 2021, resulting in occasional construction noise. Villa Serrasol on the rocky coast of the quiet residential area of Son Serra de Marina is wonderfully relaxing and laid-back. If you sit on the terrace behind the house with its many white shutters, you can look directly out over the water - an unforgettable view coupled with a wonderfully fragrant, fresh sea breeze. A supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance from here and the nearest sandy beach is only approx. 2.6 km away.
