From the roof terrace with the tower, you can enjoy sweeping views of medieval Artà or the rolling hills of this coastal region. As well as the view of San Salvador, the landmark of Artà, or the starry sky. From there you can also see the Via Verde, where you can easily reach Artà on foot without having to cross a main road.

Cosiness also plays a major role inside the house. During the renovation, the original character of the interior was preserved with the niches and brick benches. The effect is pleasantly purist, minimalist and extremely cosy at the same time. Vaulted ceilings characterise the open-plan living and kitchen area. Terracotta tiles, white walls and a cosy alcove with a dining table for long dinners. The fireplace in the living area rounds off the cosy atmosphere. One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, the other with two single beds. Each bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with a modern, customised bathtub. If you leave the house and cross the covered outdoor dining area, you will reach a second wing of the building, where the fifth sleeping area is located in the form of a comfortable sofa bed in a living room and a shower room. The Moli den Guixo farmhouse is surrounded by a beautiful garden full of palm trees and other Mediterranean plants. The historic, modernised property is located close to the Via Verde hiking trail, which connects Artá with Manacor. In the nearby town of Artà you can do your daily shopping and dine in the excellent cafés and restaurants. Various beaches are just a short drive away.
