This stylish adults-only villa with 161 m² of living space offers a surprising amount of elegance, which, together with a touch of extravagance, culminates in a very individual character. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of light in the living area; the colourful interior design is striking and underlines a unique living experience in a class of its own. The large dining table overlooking the pool seats up to eight people. A row of huge sofas invites you to relax; the large flat-screen TV blends harmoniously into the interior design. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with modern, high-quality electrical appliances. The large island with breakfast bar is a real eye-catcher. It's a wonderful place to cook, chat and enjoy a glass of wine together! There are also two bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a modern design and large sofa beds. One of the two bedrooms has floor-to-ceiling windows; the second has an additional table with two chairs. The elegant bathroom has two separate washbasins, large mirrors and a walk-in shower. On the upper floor there is a spacious, light-flooded studio with direct access to the roof terrace. The upper floor of this dream villa has direct access from the outside and can only be rented together with the villa. The large relaxation area and the flowing transition into the large daylight bathroom with walk-in shower and rain shower emphasise the luxurious flair. All bedrooms as well as the living area and the studio have air conditioning, which ensures a pleasant coolness in the summer months.

The small holiday resort of Betlem is located in the north-west of the municipality of Artà in the Llevant region. It is the furthest thing from mass tourism and package holidays. The small resort is more of a hideaway for discerning holidaymakers who value privacy as well as proximity to the sea. Galerie Verde is within walking distance of a small bay and is easily accessible by car via a tarmac driveway. The fishing village of Colonia de San Pere is around 3 km to the west. The resort is famous for its restaurants, which serve the catch of the day. The beautiful promenade invites you to take a stroll. You can dine at Club Náutico and enjoy the view over the small marina. For a more urban feel, we recommend a trip to Àrta, a delightful little artists' town with a charm all of its own. In the hinterland of Betlem you will find real postcard scenes: Olive trees, cypress groves and grazing sheep culminate in the rural landscape. A hiking route leads southwards in the mountains, past the Font de s'Ermita river spring, to the Ermita de Betlem monastery. From the nearby viewpoint, you can enjoy a marvellous panorama of the bay of Alcúdia.

This villa is not suitable for babies/toddlers of walking age and for children up to 12 years of age.
