Enjoy your holiday in this unique holiday apartment in an old mill in Weißenbrunn in the Franconian Forest

Your holiday home is just a few minutes' walk from the centre of the beer village of Weißenbrunn. This unique holiday apartment is located in the building of an old Rothmühle mill. At over 450 years old, it is the oldest house in the Franconian municipality of Weißenbrunn. The holiday apartment is modern and also furnished with many historical objects from the mill era - a perfect combination of tradition and modernity. In the lovingly furnished and fully equipped kitchen you can cook with modern appliances or prepare your meals traditionally with the wood-burning stove. You can prepare your coffee with either the filter or Nespresso coffee machine or with an espresso maker. You can spend relaxing hours in the cosy living and dining area with wooden ceiling. The wood-burning stove provides additional cosiness and warmth. The bathroom is newly renovated and has a shower, washbasin and WC as well as a bidet. There is a garden behind the house that you can use. You can end the evening here by the fire in the fireplace.

Most of the Franconian Forest is a nature park and therefore a protected natural and cultural landscape. The varied landscape offers numerous opportunities for hiking and cycling. Here you will find meadows, valleys and mountains to enjoy nature. Kronach, Kulmbach, Bayreuth and Bamberg as well as Nuremberg are recommended for excursions in the surrounding area. For your leisure activities, 2 pairs of Nordic walking poles are available free of charge for the duration of your stay. Lockable storage facilities are available for bicycles and e-bikes.

Towels must be brought by the guest, bed linen and tea towels are included.
