The newly built, elegant Villa Brilliance House takes its place on Pelješac - the longest Dalmatian peninsula, more precisely in Postup, known for its long tradition of wine production. Postup is part of the municipality of Orebic, five kilometres away, and belongs to the Dubrovnik-Neretva County. Thus, Villa Brilliance House is located on the slopes of the southwest coast of the island and from a hill enjoys the view from all rooms of the blue Adriatic Sea, which extends horizontally in front of the villa.

The surface of the villa is 260 m2, and the surface of the land is as much as 1,096 m2. Villa Brilliance House will attract you at first sight with its modern look, luxurious decoration and designer furniture with extravagant interior. The nearest beach is Ovrata beach, which is located west of the villa Brilliance, and is 600 metres away, and east of the villa is also a pebble beach Mokalo. Sauna and massages on request will allow you a special relaxation, and you will certainly enjoy the open view from absolutely all rooms of this villa.

In the yard there is an outdoor grill that will create an ideal opportunity for a family lunch and gathering of close friends. In front of the villa there are four parking spaces.

Due to the underfloor heating and the fireplace, the villa can be rented even in the cold periods of the year.

Postup is located on the southwest coast of the Peljesac peninsula, in a famous vineyard.
