Located in Vrbovska on the island of Hvar, an island known for having the most hours of sunshine a year, Villa Aestas stands out with its harmonious architectural design that offers sea views from all rooms, but also a very convenient location, only 50 m away from the coast.

The accommodation capacity of the villa is for a maximum of eight people, it is equipped with four luxuriously decorated and air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms located on the upper floor of the villa. On the ground floor of the villa there is an open dining area, modern kitchen with built-in Bosch appliances and living room with indoor heated pool up to 36 degrees so the villa can be used in colder weather. The size of the pool is 9 m2 and it has an additional options of massage jets and geysers. Due to the open concept of the ground floor with large glass walls that opens, it gives the impression that the living room is actually a covered terrace. On the ground floor of the villa there is a storage room with washing machine and dryer, a separate toilet and sauna for complete relaxation in your perfect holiday. In addition, all rooms in the villa have underfloor heating.

On the spacious terrace of the villa there is another long heated swimming pool 9 m long with a total size of 23 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m. Around the pool there are eight deck chairs for undisturbed enjoyment of the summer sun, and there is also an outdoor dining table and gas grill. Four parking spaces are available in the fully fenced yard of the villa. A special benefit of this villa includes a cleaning service three times a week for 2 hours. If you wish for additional cleaning services, a fee will apply.

A few minutes pleasant walk away is the nearest rocky beach Basina where you will experience all the charms of water sports and the crystal clear Adriatic Sea. Basina beach is a particularly quiet and peaceful place without crowds, created for a family dream holiday, and during the day you can hear the sounds of crickets, and in the evening the sounds of the sea and waves. On this isolated beach for which you need a vehicle, there are no shops or cafes, but at the entrance there is a fast food.

Excursions to the neighbouring island of Brač and the famous sandy beach Zlatni rat are also organised from Vrbovska. In addition, you will surely enjoy romantic walks in the picturesque Vrbovska, a place that is actually a small island located in the middle of the bay, connected to the mainland by numerous bridges, which is why it is also called Little Venice.

Some of the more interesting cultural monuments that you must visit in this place are the church of St. Lovrinc, which was built in the 15th century, and renovated in the 17th century in the Baroque style, and the church of St. Petra from 1331, one of the oldest sacral buildings on this island.

The island of Hvar, in addition to being one of the most popular tourist centres in Dalmatia, is also known for a large number of cultural and historical monuments included in the UNESCO list of protected heritage.
