Beautiful Villa Sanja is located in a small maritime village Zaton near the urban centre of Northern Dalmatia, the city of Zadar. Built in a contemporary style, Villa Sanja is characterised by a refined style and a spacious fully fenced yard that offers you complete peace and privacy.

Accommodation capacity for a maximum of 8 and optimally 6 people, Villa Sanja has three luxuriously decorated and air-conditioned rooms with ensuite bathrooms located on the upper floor.

The ground floor of the villa has a modern kitchen, dining room, living room, separate toilet, dressing room and garage. On the spacious terrace of the villa you can relax with a beautiful heated pool 3x7 m large and 1.6 m deep. There is also an outdoor dining table, outdoor solar shower, 4 deck chairs and 2 parasols.

Within the villa you have at your disposal additional facilities such as table football or fitness equipment. Inside the yard there are 2 parking spaces, and outside the yard an additional 2 spaces.

The villa is only 1 km away from the nearest pebble beach, where you can enjoy the crystal clear Adriatic Sea and water sports, diving, swimming, sailing, etc. Nearby is the beach with the healing mud Peloid in the nearby Nin lagoon.

If you like to spend your holiday in a more dynamic environment, you will surely be interested in Adventure Park, 5 km away in the nearby town of Kožino. Activities like painball or Quad rent will delight all those who enjoy adrenaline sports.

In the vicinity of Zadar there are numerous national parks and nature parks such as Mount Velebit and Paklenica National Park, Krka National Park in the south, or Kornati, a beautiful archipelago in the Zadar area.

The area around Zaton is full of other interesting contents, summer festivals and cultural and historical monuments. For example, Nin, a small, historical royal town in the vicinity of Zaton, is a charming and picturesque place, where you will feel as if the time has stopped. Nin is also known for the historic ships Condura Croatica which were in use at the end of the 11th and the beginning of the 12th century. One copy can be found in the Museum of Nin Antiquities.

Nearby are other beautiful localities such as Vir, Pag and other smaller fishing villages that will delight you with numerous active summer activities such as fishing evenings, festivals and the like.

The urban centre, the city of Zadar is a historical treasury of cultural wealth where you will find cultural and historical monuments from the Illyrian, ancient and medieval periods. Apart from the Roman orthogonal street system, Zadar is rich in numerous other remains from the ancient period, such as the Roman Forum. However, the most recognizable monument of this city is the church of St. Donat, a pre-Romanesque building from the 9th century which, due to its monumentality, became a symbol of the city of Zadar.
