The small holiday home for 2 people is located separately on the owner's 1100 square metre property within a quiet residential area. The beach at Tiefwarensee is about 1.5 km away. The town centre, restaurants and shopping facilities are within a radius of 1.2 km. The holiday home is equipped with a combined living/bedroom (double bed, flat-screen TV, stereo system, seating area), a kitchen (electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC. The house is centrally heated. There is a covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, sun loungers, storage space for bicycles and a car park. Internet connection (W-LAN) is also available. The total price includes bed linen, towels and final cleaning, additional costs are charged according to consumption. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, electricity, water and gas according to consumption.

The state-recognised spa town of Waren (Müritz) is located in a charming setting directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District and attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous catering establishments as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Motorway access approx. 25 km.
