And all this without having to do without any amenities: The turquoise-coloured pool lies before you, resting in the morning sun, and every now and then the surface of the water ripples as the wind shifts and brings a breath of fresh air to the day. You live surrounded by nature; if you look around you can see the lush greens of the lush plants and the gnarled wood of the old tree trunks. There is even a hammock behind the house where you can enjoy the sun through the swaying branches. The pool is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, so you can enjoy this particularly beautiful spot and take a little peace and quiet home with you when you leave. Of course, thanks to the barbecue area, your ranch is also ideal for fiery barbecue evenings, where you can end the day at a table under the stars with a romantic glass of red wine. Large pool parties are understandably not permitted in this idyllic location and would unnecessarily disturb the peaceful natural surroundings.

Hidden behind the natural stone wall is a generous cascade of cosy, interlocking rooms - the solid architecture creates a particularly tasteful living flair and also provides cosy, snug corners. This is particularly true of the fireplace corner, where you can relax on elegant sofas while the fireplace crackles sleepily. Next door in the eat-in kitchen, the Sunday roast may already be cooking, filling the entire floor with tempting aromas. The rustic design with exposed wooden beams means you never forget that you are in a stylish Mallorcan villa, which playfully combines this style with the brightness of light wood tones. On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the upper floor exudes a tent-like charm thanks to the sloping roof. Here you will find another bedroom with two single beds and the third bathroom, so you don't have to travel far in the morning when early risers get ready. A further room with a small window is available for you to use, perhaps for storing gifts that you take home with you from your discovery tours.

The rural location guarantees you an absolutely peaceful holiday via a somewhat rocky slope you reach the road that takes you to Son Servera in 2.3 km for errands or to the lively coastal town of Cala Millor in just 4 km. In addition to the numerous nightlife options, the town offers numerous leisure activities, especially for families, and when local delicacies are offered at the weekly market on Thursdays, it doesn't matter what age you are, everyone's mouth will be watering. The long beach with fine, white sand and gentle access to the sea is a delight and the excellent water quality is the icing on the cake. The villa's location on the island is also strategically ideal: you can reach the small village of Costa de los Pinos in just 5 minutes. Fantastic shopping facilities can be found in Manacor (17 km). Things are much quieter in the idyllic town of Artà (18 km), where the picturesque pedestrianised zone is particularly inviting for a stroll. Last but not least, you can look out for sporting challenges on the Pula golf course, just 8.5 km away.
