On three floors it offers on the first floor a spacious living room with kitchen and bathroom, on the second floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms and at the very top you can enjoy the view of the sea on the magnificent terrace.

When you are not swimming in the crystal clear sea, the pool offers refreshment on hot summer days. A short walk and you reach ice cream parlors, cafes or restaurants in the village. The house is located next to a campsite and the entrance to the nature reserve is also within walking distance.

Premantura is a small town without hotels in the south of Istria. This place is a popular destination for family vacation and vacation with his beloved pet. To the south, the nature park Cape Kamenjak closes this peninsula. The numerous natural bays are a paradise for relaxation and swimming fun. It is recommended to explore the nature reserve by bike or on foot, because then there is no entrance fee. There are best conditions for kitesurfers and surfers, especially in spring and autumn when the wind Bura blows. At the southern tip you can find cliff jumpers as well as the nature-loving Safari Bar with a fantastic view of the Porer lighthouse, which was built on an islet of the same name.
