Small holiday homes like Cuatro Soles are not easy to find on Mallorca, so we are delighted to be able to offer another attractive villa suitable for two people. Above all, it is in a wonderfully quiet, secluded location and not far from the sea at all. Surrounded by a varied natural landscape, we find the modest property not far from the centre of Capdepera, close to the route that leads to Son Servera. An elongated, gravelled courtyard, a raised lawn with a pool and an inviting terrace area characterise the beautiful outdoor area of the villa. The terrace, covered with a bamboo roof, is a great place to dine in warm weather while enjoying the view of Artà in the distance. The latter can also be experienced in the miniature outdoor lounge, which is furnished with comfortable polyrattan furniture, where you can enjoy the sunset atmosphere in the evening with a delicious drink. On warm evenings, you can prepare fresh Mallorcan delicacies on the barbecue provided at any time. A paved path leads directly to the pool, which is accessible via steps and a ladder and provides refreshing bathing water. You can lie on the pretty wooden loungers under the Mediterranean sky to your heart's content and perhaps do nothing at all - after all, you are on holiday. To protect yourself from strong UV rays, you can of course use the parasol provided. Small natural stone walls and medium-height plants decoratively frame this area and give it a private and sheltered atmosphere.

Entering the interior of the house from the terrace leads to an open-plan and pleasantly angular kitchen, dining and living area. Light wall and furniture colours and matching ceiling beams and floor tiles radiate a cosy and tasteful flair. The modern kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything you need for everyday use, including a filter coffee machine. You can enjoy an excellent dining experience indoors at the small dining table right by the patio window. The living room welcomes its guests with friendly colours, hand-picked decor and, in particular, two extremely comfortable sofas where you can relax at any time of the day. This is also the perfect place to be entertained by a good TV film or to be warmed by a crackling fire. The bedrooms, decorated with great attention to detail, allow guests to enjoy a well-earned night's sleep. A modern wooden bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m is available in the harmoniously coloured room. The aesthetic style is continued in the chic, daylight-flooded bathroom in a very appealing way. The combination of different sized tiles and mosaic stones is a real eye-catcher. For your convenience, a hairdryer is available in the house, so you don't have to worry about bringing one with you.

So if you are planning your next holiday as a couple to have time for yourself, but also want to go shopping, enjoy days at the beach or go sightseeing (for example, a visit to the fortress of Capdepera and its great views), then you will find the ideal place to combine all of this without any problems. This is all the more true as this dream villa is located on the road that connects the villages of Son Servera and Capdepera. From here, many other small paths lead down to the coast and the beaches and coves located there. The small Villa Cuatro Soles is located in a slightly elevated position, just five minutes south-west of Capdepera. A weekly market is held here every Wednesday, where you can buy fresh local produce. Beautiful beaches are close by, such as the wonderful Sa Font de sa Cala, which can be reached by car in approx. 8 minutes. You can also go shopping there and enjoy the large selection of bars and restaurants. For more infrastructure, you can simply drive to Cala Ratjada (approx. 5 km).
