You have 210 m2 of living space and 600 m2 of the total property at your disposal. Guests will be divided into 4 bedrooms, three of which have double beds, and the fourth has two single beds. Farmhouse la Vinella also has 4 ensuite bathrooms.

In the living room, there are two sofas, a TV, a coffee table, 2 high armchairs, a romantic fireplace, and two additional tables. In the dining room, there is a dining table with 8 seats, and there is also a modern kitchen where you can easily prepare delicious meals for the whole family.

On the outdoor terrace, there is a swimming pool with a size of 31.5 m2 and a depth of 1.5 metres, next to which there are 6 deckchairs for sunbathing. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi where you can spend romantic evenings looking at the starry sky, and you can also use the grill to prepare traditional fish or meat dishes. There is also an outdoor lounge area for 8 people on the terrace.

Additional content consists of a washing machine, dryer, iron and one separate toilet.

The courtyard of the villa is completely fenced and has 3 private parking spaces, while there are 3 more outside the courtyard.
